OCEAN RESORTS CO-OPERATIVE
Ocean Resorts is located on the east coast of Florida, on North Hutchinson Island. This community is a cooperative consisting of 400 units upon which are some CBS (concrete block structures), park models, mobile home units, and empty pads for recreational vehicles. OR is NOT an "over 55" community.
The residents/renters have the benefits of all the amenities, such as tennis/pickle ball courts, a private beach, and a nearly Olympic size swimming pool. A private marina is available for resident's use. Many activities, such as BBQs, an annual Luau, pancake breakfasts and a St. Patrick's Day Parade make Ocean Resorts a fun place for all.
